Exclusive: Roseate House gives camera access to its kitchen

New Delhi, April 26 (IANSlife) As COVID-19 has called for ramping up of hygiene, Roseate House, which is currently delivering gourmet dishes at your door step, has come up with a one-of-its kind service in India in which it will be sharing live camera access to its kitchen with its customers.

People who order food from outside the hotel or the guests residing at their properties can keep a surveillance on the hygiene and quality of their food by monitoring how their food is being prepared.

The access shall be provided for the direct orders and eventually leading to the orders through the food aggregators as well. The live streaming shall be continued as an ongoing process once the lockdown is lifted.

The service is expected to be functional from the second week of May for Kheer, the fine dining Indian restaurant by Roseate House and Roasted by Roseate, in-house barista, which is currently operational for home deliveries.

Speaking about the initiative, Kush Kapoor, Chief Executive Officer, Roseate Hotels and Resorts said: “We at Roseate Hotels and Resorts constantly thrive for delivering the highest levels of standards to our guests. In continuation to the legacy of being transparent with our guest, we are giving them the confidence of the hygiene factor as well.”

Going ahead, the property plans to make the live streaming an interactive two-way communication where in guests can interact with the chef to share their preferences and likings.

Roseate Hotels and Resort is also initiating touchless programme to eliminate contact during the times of Covid-19 by ensuring minimum touch points of the delivery packets. “We also ensure safe packaging (double outer layer), multiple frequent sanitation of our kitchen utensils, regular temperature checks of all involved personnel to ensure safe food delivery,” Kapoor added.

Roseate House is the first hotel in India and the fifth in the world to achieve FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System certification) in 2019 which further strengthen the hygiene standards being maintained at all times.
